Minnesota & North Dakota criminal defense

Let’s figure out what comes next.

If you are under investigation, have received a citation or summons, or are facing a criminal charge, start with a direct conversation with me. I will listen, identify the immediate issues, and explain whether I may be able to represent you.

Scheduling a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after we both sign an agreement.

Fees and payment options

A legal fee should not be another mystery.

Before representation begins, the written agreement identifies the work I will perform, the legal fee, and any separate case expenses. You can evaluate the financial commitment before deciding whether to hire me.

Flat fees

A defined legal fee.

Wynne Law offers flat legal fees for criminal-defense representation. The amount depends on the charge, stage of the case, anticipated work, and agreed scope—not an open-ended hourly meter.

The signed representation agreement controls the scope and fee.
Statewide coverage

No separate travel fee.

I represent clients throughout Minnesota and North Dakota without adding a separate attorney travel fee for covered representation.

Court costs, experts, investigators, records, and other case expenses are different from attorney travel and are addressed in the agreement.
Flexible payment option

Financing through Affirm.

Eligible clients may apply through Affirm for financing and payment options. An application does not change the attention, preparation, or direct representation your case receives.

Affirm is a third-party financing provider. Eligibility, approval, rates, repayment obligations, and terms are determined by Affirm. Wynne Law does not make credit decisions.
One firm across two states

Representation throughout Minnesota and North Dakota.

Your case is governed by the law of the state where it is filed. Start with the correct state to review practice areas, offense-specific guides, penalties, statutes, and court-location information.

Prepare for the conversation

Bring what you have. Do not wait for what you do not.

Missing paperwork should not stop you from calling. These items simply help us use the conversation efficiently.

  • Complaint, citation, summons, or warrant information
  • Next court date and courthouse or county
  • Release, no-contact, testing, or travel conditions
  • Driver’s-license or implied-consent notices
  • Police agency and case number, if available
  • Original messages, photographs, video, and witness names
  • The consequences you are most concerned about protecting

Preserve evidence. Do not delete messages or files, post about the case, or contact anyone in violation of an order.
