Wynne Law offers flat legal fees for criminal-defense representation. The amount depends on the charge, stage of the case, anticipated work, and agreed scope—not an open-ended hourly meter.

Yes. Wynne Law offers flat legal fees for criminal-defense representation. The exact fee and included work depend on the charge, stage, complexity, and agreed scope, which are stated in the written representation agreement.
Will I be charged an attorney travel fee?
No separate attorney travel fee is added for covered representation throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. Any separate case expenses—such as experts, investigators, transcripts, records, or filing costs—are different and are addressed in the representation agreement.
Can I finance the legal fee through Affirm?
Eligible clients may apply for financing through Affirm. Approval, available options, rates, and repayment terms are determined by Affirm as a third-party provider.
Where does Wynne Law represent clients?
I represent clients throughout Minnesota and North Dakota. Office meetings are available by appointment in St. Louis Park, Duluth, Fargo, and Grand Forks.
