These are the questions people often ask me before choosing a call time.
What should I do immediately after a Minnesota DWI arrest?
I want you to keep your paperwork, note every court and licensing deadline, and write down what you remember about the stop and testing while it is fresh. I will examine the criminal and driver’s-license issues as separate but related tracks.
Do I need all my paperwork before I book?
No. Schedule a call even if you do not have every document yet. Keep your next court date and whatever paperwork you have nearby when we speak.
Can we discuss fees and financing?
Yes. I will discuss representation fees, payment plans, and financing through Affirm so you understand the options before deciding how to proceed. Financing is subject to approval and applicable terms.
What if my court date is coming up?
Call me at 218-712-1550 and tell me about your upcoming hearing or other time-sensitive concern.
